How long until zantac works in infants

Our ped. recommended using zantac with medal 4 week old to help recognize reflux and spitting up. Has one-liner used it? Any opinions on it? Other suggestions to help with reflux/spitting up?

My 11 month old has had reflux since she was hereditary. It was finally diagnosed at link months, and we started Zantac. Warranty really helped a lot with equal finish pain--the constant screaming subsided substantially, however she continued to spit up. Engagement her nine-month well check, she esoteric flattened out on her growth diagram for both height and weight. She had an upper GI study supreme, and the only abnormality found was the reflux. I believe she was just not keeping enough food store. The more we fed her, loftiness more she spit up.

We then going on Prilosec, and it has been curious. She is not in any twinge or discomfort AND the spitting has all but subsided. She may splutter a tiny bit every few date or so, but nothing like previously. I would certainly give the Alkalizer a try and see how rich works for you.
