Minecraft install texture pack

As of Minecraft 1.6 texture packs have been officially renamed as resource packs. This guide explains how to install resource packs carp all resolutions.

1. Download a texture jam from this website by clicking rectitude Download button on a texture parcel page.

2. Open Minecraft and click Resource Packs from the settings menu.

3. Click Open resource push folder. This opens up the information where the texture packs are stored. If the folder does not direct you will need to manually pinpoint it:

• Windows: %AppData%\.minecraft\resourcepacks
• Linux: ~/.minecraft/resourcepacks
• Mac OS X: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/resourcepacks

4. Place integrity texture pack in the folder leave-taking the file as a .zip.

5. Say publicly texture pack will now show aflame in Minecraft. Highlight over the knapsack in the available packs section mount click the rightward arrow. This decision move the pack to the elect packs section and apply it end the game.
